2. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Orders that have already been processed, shipped, or custom-manufactured cannot be cancelled.
- Custom or special-order sheds are non-refundable once production has started.

3. Returns
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The item was delivered damaged
- The wrong item was shipped
- The product has manufacturing defects
To qualify:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-built or made-to-order sheds
- Installed or assembled structures
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your metal shed arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the damage immediately.
- Email the photos and your order number to info@bloomingsheds.com within 48 hours.
- Do not discard packaging until your claim is reviewed.
We will assess the issue and may offer:
- Replacement parts
- Product exchange
- Partial refund
- Full refund (if applicable)
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returned items must be approved before shipping.
Do not send items back without prior authorization.
